No, as this is a private residence.  We do however have a treadmill in the bunkroom of the upper unit for guests staying in that unit only.

Yes, we have fully stocked kitchens for all your cooking needs as well as many extra's.  

Some of the extra's include is a Keurig and electric kettle.

For and additional $50 per day you can have the pool set to a higher temperature (heat pump) for your stay (85 degrees).  This may make it more comfortable in the winter months. I recommend this from November through April depending on your preference.  The hot tub can be super-heated as well for those cool nights and is put on a timer.  You select your preferred 2 hours, and the hot tub will be set to recirculate and heat to 102 degrees.  This is also an additional fee as it uses our propane super heater and is offered as an additional cost of $50 per use.

The hot tub is normally the same temperate as the pool as it waterfalls into the pool during normal operation. 

However, the hot tub can be super-heated as well for those cool nights/mornings and is put on a timer.  You select your preferred 2 hours, and the hot tub will be set to recirculate and heat to 102 degrees (can be set lower if preferred).  This is also an additional fee as it uses our propane heater ($50).  

Our private beach access is across the street about a minutes' walk from the house.  There are stairs for accessibility and is well marked with sign.

Yes, we provide a grill for each unit

Yes, we proved a 12-cup coffee maker, a Keurig machine, and electric kettle at the coffee station.    We also provide coffee, tea and some other options to get your vacation started.

Yes, each unit has its own washer and dryer for your use.  We provide a few complimentary wash pods to get you started. 

Yes, you will find beach towels in each unit.
